Kenya rejects decision by ICJ to redraw maritime boundary with Somalia

NAIROBI (HORN OBSERVER) - Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta Wednesday rejected a ruling by the International Court of Justice that gave Somalia a large chunk of territory in a maritime border dispute.
