Somalia's 2020 Humanitarian Response Plan needs $1 billion to help 3 million people

MOGADISHU, Somalia – Somalia's federal authorities and international partners today launched a plan requiring more than a $1 billion to provide much-needed humanitarian aid to some three million Somalis this year.
