Mali Investigates Allegations of Executions Involving Wagner Mercenaries

NAIROBI, Kenya (HORN OBSERVER) – Mali's military government has launched an investigation into allegations that soldiers "coldly executed" at least 24 civilians in the country's north on Monday.
