UN launches Somalia flood response plan to assist hundreds of thousands

MOGADISHU (HORN OBSERVER) The United Nations and the Humanitarian partners in Somalia formally released the 2020 Somalia Flood Response Plan which targets hundreds of thousands of people in the floods-affected regions in the country.
