Mogadishu, Somalia (Horn Observer) At least 20 killef and scores wounded on Friday in an ambush on government base at Hilowle Gaab village outside Ruun-Nirgood in Somalia's Middle Shabelle region, relatives said as quoted bu the local media

The Somali militant group Alshabab. Al-Qaeda Somalia affiliate, who Somali government listed as a terrorst organization immediately took the Credit for the attack.

The attack which was carried out early Friday morning started with suicide car bombing followed by heavy exchange of fires, which Led the base to fall into the hands of terrorist organization.
Somali government did not officially commented on the attack.

Somalia vowed to drive Alshabaab out of Somalia and ccaptured several towns and villages from the militants
