During the event, the outgoing Director General, Yusuf Hassan Isack, officially handed over his responsibilities to the incoming Director General, Mohamed Saney Dalmar. 

The ceremony was presided over by the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs, Salim Alio Ibrow, and attended by senior officials of the Ministry.

The Minister commended Mr. Yusuf Hassan Isack for his dedicated service and contributions during his tenure, and wished him success in his future endeavors. He also congratulated Mr. Mohamed Saney Dalmar on his appointment, encouraging him to carry out his responsibilities with integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to advancing the Ministry’s priorities.

In his remarks, the new Director General expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him and pledged to lead with dedication and accountability, with a focus on strengthening the Ministry’s work and improving service delivery.
