Jowhar (Horn Observer) A Somali soldier has on Thursday killed a businessman in the town of Jowhar, the capital of Hirshabelle state of Somalia, witnesses said.
Witnesses said the soldier killed the busines man identified as Yaasiin Muhumad Mahaad when he asked for tax money he was collecting, which the businessman said he did not sell any and requested to return, in which the soldier responded with fire.

Late Mahaad who was selling fish died in the scene instantly.
Its not the first time a Somali soldier kills an innocent civilian. The soldiers have already killed several Bajaaj drivers for similar tax collection purposes which the tax was either delayed or the Bajaaj driver did not have at the time.
